About Us
Sanu Ghana Chapter – Interplast (SaGhCI) is medical NGO that mobilizes and sends teams of volunteer plastic and reconstructive surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and allied health professionals to provide life-transforming surgery and other medical interventions in Ghana.
We have both local and international partners (that is hospitals and local NGOs) who we work with to deliver the needed interventions to our clients. Our mission is to bring healing to the bodies that attend our medical programmes where we provide surgical services to the vulnerable in society. By working with local partners, we also transfer skills thus building local capacity in the delivery of health services.
SaGhCI is a registered company with the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana.
SaGhCI’s work ethics is guided by the principle of equal opportunity where we treat our clients with respect and protect their human rights without any preconditions.
Our Vision
To bring to the doorsteps of the people of Ghana and other African nationals, quality and
timely interventions in surgical, medical and allied health services.
At SaGhCI, we ensure that across all our service lines;
- We respect the views, cultures, and values of the communities and people with whom we work.
- We execute our work as an independent entity devoid of any religious or political attachments.
- We appreciate, value and mobilize the support of all sort, of our cherished donors, volunteers, partners and workers.
